Alexander Sandoval
Co-Founder
Alexander Sandoval stands out as an excellent and dedicated professional in the multifamily real estate investment field. His career began as a federal probation officer, where he developed a passion for service and helping communities. This experience taught him important qualities like reason, compassion, fairness, and justice – qualities that are clear in all his real estate work.
As a native of San Diego County, Alex grew up in a family with four brothers, guided by parents who valued kindness, honesty, and respect. These core principles are now the foundation of his professional approach.
Alex started in real estate by investing in single-family homes, where he focused on understanding tenant needs and providing safe, quality housing. His main portfolio shows his skill in managing long-term rental properties with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and community well-being.
In 2023, Alex took an important step by co-founding Alexela Equity Partners, LLC, with his respected business partner and friend, Pamela Gort. This partnership combines their skills and shared vision for financial success through careful, innovative investment strategies. Their goal is to create win-win situations, balancing investor returns with tenant happiness.
With a strong commitment to growth, Alex is now shifting from single-family to multifamily real estate. This move is driven by his desire to apply his skills on a larger scale, providing value to more communities and helping individuals build wealth. Pamela Gort
Co-Founder
Pamela Gort is an experienced real estate investor driven by a passion for helping others build wealth and providing quality living spaces. Raised on the East Coast in a close-knit Catholic family, she learned the importance of generosity, community involvement, education, and prosperity.
More than just an investor, Pamela actively volunteers and supports foster care, reflecting the values instilled in her upbringing. She is a devoted mother to two daughters, passing on the same principles of integrity and compassion she lives by.
Pamela's academic journey took her to Georgetown University, where she earned a BA in English Literature and Chemistry, followed by an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Her career spanned leadership roles in management, sales, and marketing within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, leading her to live in various regions like Delaware, Texas, California, and Toronto.
Pamela's real estate journey began with buying her first home after college, sparking her interest in using real estate for financial stability and wealth building. Over more than two decades, she has built an impressive rental property portfolio as an experienced landlord.
Pamela's mission is to guide investors toward profitable returns and strategic exits while ensuring tenants enjoy safe and pleasant living conditions.
